Junior Finance Manager German Speaker

About the job:

Expanding further into Europe the newest MVST chapter is a small developer & design team working closely with our Munich Studio. Immersed in Barcelonas worldclass craft visual arts and architecture this team brings the base for all the digital products we are currently building. They are the core of what we are doing and striving to do.

• Ensure the quality of accounting and continuously optimise our financial processes
• Process and post incoming invoices
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing particularly in invoice verification and financial reporting
• Daily maintenance of our revenue/project reporting (overview and tracking of project budgets)
• Support the team in all daily business tasks
• Conduct payment transactions and manage cash flow

About you:

• Initial experience in finance accounting controlling etc.
• Excellent analytical skills and problemsolving ability
• Strong attention to detail sense of responsibility and accountability
• (Very) good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Knowledge of German tax and accounting laws
• Fluent in German and English
