Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with any additional education or certifications considered a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Empathetic and active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle a variety of customer personalities.
- Previous customer service experience or experience in a B2C environment is preferred.
