We are seeking a dynamic Independent Contributor Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth within Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our laser cutting machines.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers postsale to ensure product delivery and address any issues or concerns.

Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
  • Participate in sales meetings training sessions and industry events as required.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Marketing or a related field. A technical background is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in industrial equipment preferably in the laser cutting or metalworking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and its applications in various industries.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
