Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

Job Description:

  1. Develop CloudBased Business Initiatives:

    • Spearhead the development and implementation of cloud technologybased business initiatives within the company.
    • Drive the adoption of cloud solutions to meet market demands.
  2. Achieve Sales Targets:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets for cloud services and solutions.
  3. Create and Execute Business Plans:

    • Formulate comprehensive business plans for cloud technology ventures ensuring feasibility and viability.
    • Implement business plans effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Sales and Promotion of Cloud Solutions:

    • Promote and sell cloud technology solutions both directly and indirectly.
    • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and segments driving revenue growth.
  5. Market Expansion:

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the cloud sector.
    • Enhance market presence and increase countryspecific revenue.
  6. Account Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Clevel executives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Sales Strategy Design:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies for vertical and horizontal industries.
    • Tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of different sectors.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Business Management.
  2. Experience:

    • 710 years of experience in business development particularly within the cloud services domain.
    • Proven expertise in managing cloud projects and customers.
  3. Cloud Services Knowledge:

    • Indepth understanding of cloud services including computing storage networking databases and security.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products.
  4. Industry Expertise:

    • Strong background in the IT industry with established relationships in the sector.
    • Ability to engage directly with CEOs and CTOs.
  5. Teamwork and Initiative:

    • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
    • Strong learning aptitude with a willingness to embrace new technologies and products.
  6. Communication Skills:

    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trustbased relationships.
  7. Interpersonal Skills:

    • Exceptional networking collaboration and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven capability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals and organizations.
  8. Adaptability:

    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
