Job Title SAP MDM Master Data Migration and Governance Consultant

Location Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune

Experience 8 15 years

Notice Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and migration of master data across SAP systems ensuring data quality and consistency.

Design and configure master data management processes including data governance data migration and data quality management.

Develop and implement data migration strategies including data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.

Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Integrate master data management processes with other SAP modules and external systems.

Develop configure and deploy SAP solutions tailored to master data management needs.

Analyze business processes related to master data and provide recommendations for improvements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective master data solutions.

Lead data migration activities including mapping cleansing and validation of data.

Plan and execute cutover strategies for master data migration ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve datarelated issues efficiently without requiring additional handholding.

Ensure project milestones related to master data are met on time and within budget.

Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to endusers regarding master data management and governance.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of master data across SAP modules and systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to data management.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP master data migration and governance projects.

Proven expertise in master data management migration and governance with relevant certifications.

Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of master data processes and how they integrate with SAP solutions.

Proficiency in configuring and optimizing master data management processes to meet business requirements.

Skills and Experience:

Extensive knowledge of SAP master data management including data governance and data quality processes.

Experience in data migration including ETL processes data mapping cleansing and validation.

Ability to plan and execute cutover strategies for master data migration.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills related to data management.

Proficiency in SAP configuration and optimization for master data management.

Experience in integrating master data management processes with other SAP modules and external systems.

Knowledge of master data migration tools such as Synity or Winshuttle is an added advantage.
