Job Description

As the HR Operations Specialist you will be a critical member of NATLEXs HR team and the first point of contact for employee support globally.

You will be responsible for providing excellent service and support relative to the delivery of core HR services including Talent Management Hiring Leave of Absence Management Benefits HR Policies & procedures onboarding offboarding and HR data management.

You will be responsible for interfacing and problemsolving with employees leaders and the HR team to provide transactional HR support.

We are looking for an ambitious HR professional who can thrive in a fastpaced environment.


Requirements

  • A Candidate should be able to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
  • Should have prior handson working experience in HR operations.
  • Experience in recruiting and training or organizational development.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and abilities.

Qualification

  • MBA in HR or equivalent studies or experience relating to HR.
  • 1 8 years experience
  • Handson HRIS CRM (like ZoHo ) and Hiring platform usage experience will be a plus
