Role Brief:
Creating a detailed business analysis outlining problems opportunities and solutions for a business.
Eliciting and documenting requirements. Interacting with customers with the intention of understanding and documenting their requirements
Role Outline:
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements & Create and maintain documentation including technical specifications user manuals and process flows.
Assist in the design and development of software solutions ensuring alignment with business needs.
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
Defining risk factors.
Supporting the user acceptance testing process. involve in Budgeting and forecasting Planning and monitoring Variance/Impact analysis & Reporting of Projects
COMPETENCIES:
Domain knowledge (BFSI Los/Lms/gold loans / retail banking/microfinance )
Development methods (Agile/Waterfall etc.)
Project Management Tools User Acceptance Testing.
