Job Description

Deputy Manager

30000.00/year quarterly bonus

We are recruiting for a deputy manager for our clients nursing home.

We are interested to hear from applicants with at least 3 years working in a similar position or with a valid Nursing PIN.

Requirements

    You will need to be:
  • A team player who engages well with others.

  • Strong communicator and influencer.

  • Energetic and hardworking.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change.

  • Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference.

  • A glass half full person with a sense of humour and a positive outlook.

  • Knowledgeable of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.

  • Experienced in a similar position (preferred)

  • L3 qualification (preferred)
