Job Description
Clinical Recruitment Coordinator
OpenLoop is currently seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Clinical
Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on our International workforce. In this
role you will be an integral part of the Operations team focusing on backend
Healthcare administration activities.
About the Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate recruitment activities and update clinician trackers as needed
Help maintain data integrity in our database Zoho Recruit
Communicate with providers and assist with obtaining necessary
documentation
Manage file storage and retention of documents.
Followup and reminders to providers to ensure signatures and/or board
reporting tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
Auditing file system for accuracy and completeness. Future path to train and
to be able to complete board reporting/filing on behalf of providers.
Administrative work as necessary
Requirements
Healthcare background preferred Medical Licensure or Credentialing experience a bonus
1 year of Administrative experience
Clinical Recruitment Coordinator 2
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
Technology proficient
