Sales Manager Lubricant

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Lubricants market share in the HDO and workshop channels.
  
• Manage and mentor a sales team of three to achieve and exceed sales targets
  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the HDO and workshop sectors.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the Southern Peninsular region.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  
• Provide regular sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the lubricant industry preferably with a background in HDO and workshop channels.
  
• Previous experience with leading lubricant brands is highly desirable.
  
• Strong track record of managing sales teams and achieving business growth.
  
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
