We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales operations in Melaka and Johor. This role involves managing a team of three and expanding our presence in both the PCMO HDO and workshop channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow Lubricants market share in the HDO and workshop channels.
Manage and mentor a sales team of three to achieve and exceed sales targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the HDO and workshop sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the Southern Peninsular region.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Provide regular sales forecasts reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the lubricant industry preferably with a background in HDO and workshop channels.
Previous experience with leading lubricant brands is highly desirable.
Strong track record of managing sales teams and achieving business growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a dynamic environment.
