Role Description

This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer at a leading Cannabis Insurance firm in Greater Philadelphia with flexibility for remote work. This pivotal role entails strategic management growth of our existing brokerage network and refining the broker experience to ensure optimal engagement and satisfaction. As a key player in our leadership team the CSO will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and is poised to capture new opportunities in the evolving cannabis insurance market.

Qualifications

Proven experience in growing agencies (especially new programs).

Strong understanding of brokerage networks and experience in managing/expanding

such networks.

Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced evolving industry environment.

Strong analytical skills to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
