Responsibilities:

Customer Service/Receptionist:

Answer all incoming calls handling caller s inquiries or redirecting calls as appropriate

Other duties as assigned

Clerical and Administrative Support:

Set up and process paperwork for new properties

Accurate advertising of properties

Manage and maintain the application process

Process movein sheets by printing filing and uploading into Company s software

Coordinate visits to the property between the owner third parties and tenants

Other duties as assigned
