About the role:

Monster Groups Bacolod office is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join its team.

As a Sales Representative your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls and outbound calls maintaining and creating strong relationships with both residential and business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the energy and internet markets of Australia.
  

• Tailor and present compelling proposals showcasing the value proposition of our brokerage services.
  

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and exceed client expectations.
  

• Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and competitive landscapes to position our brokerage services and capitalise on market opportunities effectively.
  

• Create and continuously develop a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
  

Requirements

What we are looking for in you:

• Excellent English listening verbal and written communication skills
  

• Must be computer savvy
  

• Willing to work ONSITE in our Bacolod office on 20 Lacson Street
