Job Summary and Responsibilities

As Brand & Content Marketeer at Sitemark you will play a crucial role in shaping our brands presence and perception within the solar industry. Building an audience engaging them and converting them through content is what really energizes you. You know the impact great content can have on the mysterious B2B buyer journey. So together with our product customer success and sales teams you ll create and distribute content that is customercentric compelling and creative.

  • Be involved in ongoing efforts to position and expand our brand globally.
  • Help build our channels including social paid website email PR and offline.
  • Manage and optimize content distribution across these channels.
  • Create engaging content that addresses the needs and challenges of our audiences as well as the trends within the solar and renewable energy sectors.
  • Together with the Head of Marketing you ll create larger content & communication campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand goals.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand and communicate the value of Sitemarks products to the solar industry.
  • Partner with the sales team to create marketing collateral that supports lead generation nurturing and conversion efforts.
  • Monitor analyze and report on content performance using insights to refine strategies and improve marketing impact on business results.
  • Stay uptodate with the market and the industry trends to ensure that content remains relevant and impactful.


Requirements

  • A bachelors or master s degree in marketing/communications or a related discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in brand & content marketing digital marketing or related roles preferably within the technology or renewable energy sectors.
  • Professional fluency in understanding and writing English.
  • A keen interest in the ways of B2B marketing and the B2B buyer journey.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: eager to learn customeroriented resultsdriven and ambitious.
  • A blend of creativity and analytical skills: you re able to both create compelling marketing content and to monitor and optimize it figuring out what works and why.
  • Strong skills in multiformat content creation writing and editing with the ability to simplify craft stories and communicate complex technical concepts across different channels.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite Canva WordPress HubSpot).
  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and sales.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced scaleup environment.
  • Knowledge of the solar industry and understanding its trends challenges and opportunities is a strong plus.
  • Youre interested in working as an employee not as a freelancer.
