Job Description

Client Liaison
Build and promote strong longlasting client relationships by understanding their needs
Following up on client
Negotiate and close agreements with clients
Perform research and identify new potential clients and new market opportunities
Provide effective solutions aligned with clients needs
Develop clear straightforward plans that stimulate their teams to reach their full potential.
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain effective communication and keep the company s clients up to date.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets

Store rollout implementation and reporting
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Execute the project and monitor its progress
Organizing and motivating a project team
Controlling time management
Estimate the duration of activity
Develop and maintain a schedule
Cost estimating and developing the budget
Analysing and managing project risk
Identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins
Monitoring progress
Monitor and analyse both expenditure and team performance and to always efficiently take corrective measures

Reporting
Present sales reports to management
Monitoring of the dashboard
Managing reports and necessary documentation
Present comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled


Effective teamwork and selfmanagement
Consistently manage own priorities to achieve all deliverables
Follow any lawful and reasonable instruction from the GM & CEO
Act as part of the team and always assist other members of the team to achieve common goals
Consistently live and be an example of the Company values
Successfully managing sales team
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Clarity in judgment
Critical Thinking
Communication Skills
Problem Solving

Administration
Making sure that leads are coming through
Planning of activities and resources
Ensure that the database is kept up to date by the sales administrator
Ensure legal documents are correct before sending out to customers



Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales manager
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Certification in Marketing Sales or relevant field is a plus
Ability to work under strict deadlines
A team player with a high level of dedication
