Job Description
- Contribute to the development of DoLE legal framework including in relation to pensions and workers compensation
- Coordinate with DoLE teams to understand their research and drafting needs
- Conduct research and benchmarking exercises on existing labor policies and identify best practices that could potentially be replicated in NEOM
- Build relationships with BE entities to enable coordination and cooperation on labor related issues
- Prepare written reports, policy briefs, and memos summarizing research findings
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including legislation, regulations and advocacy materials
