Job Description

1. Oversee the maintenance and management of company facilities including offices warehouses and retail spaces.
   
2. Ensure that all facilities meet health safety and environmental regulations.
3. Manage the procurement of office supplies equipment and other materials required for the smooth operation of the company.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
5. Ensure that all company licenses permits and legal documents are up to date and properly filed.
6. Maintain accurate records of all general affairs activities including contracts invoices and maintenance logs.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in General Affairs Facilities Management or Administrative Support.
3. Previous supervisory experience is required.
4. Understanding of health safety and environmental regulations.
5. Knowledge of facility management best practices.
