About the Role

Based in BYDs Sydney office in Macquarie Park this role will support our Passenger Vehicle Aftersales Team.On offer is a Regional Service Manager position and your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:

• Onsite inspection of service centres in the areas.
• Guiding and promoting the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.
• Promoting and guiding the service centres to implement companys policies.
• Responsible for the management assistance and guidance of customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.

Key requirements:

• Experience in aftersales regional management or dealers management.
• Willingness to travel among different regions.
• Strong in building rapport with various stakeholders and stay calm under pressure.
• Demonstrate business acumen with the ability to apply strategic thinking to uphold the companys service standard and brand image.
• Adaptable and proactive in problemsolving.
