Logistics Coordinator - Al-Fahad Trading amp Industrial Est

Require a full time logistics coordinator who will perform the below tasks:

• Coordinate with international suppliers with regards to readiness of ordered goods
• Based on goods readiness finalize mode of shipping for items
• Nomination of Freight Forwarder(FF) based on quotes provided
• Coordination with FF and supplier for goods pickup and shipping
• Ensuring shipping docs are properly drafted and prepared as per clearance requirements
• Coordination with FFs for clearance of goods and delivery
• Correspondence with internal team with regards to ETA of goods
• Sending defect claims to suppliers on a monthly basis
• Using company courier accounts to satisfy ecommerce deliveries to international customers and coordinating delivery of shipping docs
• Validating delivery of goods in the ERP system once goods are delivered physically
• Coordination with 3rd party logistics warehouse team with regards to billable CBM on monthly basis

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: KD300.000 KD450.000 per month
