Product Manager

We are VICIO. The leading food delivery startup born in Barcelona in 2020 with the biggest growth in Spain. As a digital restaurant technology is a pillar of our company being at the forefront of the foodtech industry.

In just a few years we have grown from 6 to 700 employees and we keep expanding our Engineering Team. This is a great opportunity to join at an early stage of a wellfunded and successful company working directly with the CTO and key stakeholders of the company. What youll do:

• Work closely with the CTO to define products and features on a wide range of departments.
• Interface with stakeholders (Marketing Operations Food Innovation and Finance teams) to gather requirements and take VICIO products to next level.
• Turn requirements into user stories and work with the development team to execute those stories.
• Make sure the vision and strategy are understood and shared by the entire team and all stakeholders by sharing it in an engaging way.
• Work closely in a crossfunctional team to explore ideas discover the problem space and shape the solution.
• Validate your hypotheses early and often know when to prototype to test to find more data.
• Dive deep into the technical details of our product and APIs.
• Motivate a group of smart people to deliver products and experiences that users love.
• Identify product organizational and process opportunities and drive these without direction and resourcing.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop business cases for new product opportunities including projected costs revenue and profitability.
• Create concept documents including highlevel product descriptions value propositions and potential features.
• Work collaboratively with team members across all departments.
• Track and analyze the performance of newly launched products to assess their success and identify areas for improvement.

What youll bring:

• 4 years of product experience operating at scale in a tech company or fastgrowing startup.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering highquality products at scale using Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience working with JIRA at an advanced level (Backlog management Story Points reporting Automations JQL).
• Experience writing technical documentation detailed User Stories Acceptance Criteria etc.
• Strong design skills familiarity with at least one common design tool (we use Figma).
• Resourcefulness ability to act autonomously and excitement to tackle new challenges.
• Business sense you can ruthlessly prioritize ways to build the company and work with our business teams to quantify the value of different features.
• Strong communication (written & verbal) & collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English both written and spoken.
• Based in Barcelona.

Nice to have:

• Strong technical orientation familiarity with coding you dont need to be a CS major but you should have a strong quantitative and technical background and be able to navigate your way through the more complex technical requirements.
• Strong data analytics skills (Strong SQL skills a bonus) and the ability to formulate and structure complex analyses to answer key product questions.
