Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Assistant to support a range of tasks crucial to our online presence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce marketing with strong skills in graphic design content creation and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Reporting: Update and maintain spreadsheets with analytics data from platforms such as Shopify Facebook and Google Ads.
• Shopify Management: Update meta fields product pages product information collections tagging and create discount codes to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Content Creation: Use Canva to edit imagery create new collateral for Facebook ads banners and email banners ensuring all content is visually aligned with Kailo’s brand.
• Email Marketing: Support the creation and implementation of email flows in Klaviyo following strategy templates and ensuring high engagement rates.
• Conduct competitor analysis to inform and adjust our marketing strategies staying ahead in the market.
• Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns making datadriven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing efforts.
• Manage and grow our social media presence by planning and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and customer interaction.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing efforts.
• Handle email communication through Outlook or Gmail ensuring timely and professional responses to clients and partners.
• Assist and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the brand values and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing with a focus on eCommerce preferably in the wellness beauty or luxury services industry.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools and updating spreadsheets (xlsx).
• Comfort and proficiency in using Canva for content creation and design.
• Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing including building email flows.
• Proficiency in Shopify management including updating meta fields product pages and creating discount codes.
• Experience with competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Must be comfortable with using Excel (xlsx) and PowerPoint (ppt).

• Shopify: For managing and updating online store content.
• Klaviyo: For creating and managing email marketing flows.
• Excel (xlsx) and PowerPoint (ppt): For reporting and presentations.
• Canva: For designing and creating marketing materials.
• Outlook/Gmail: For managing email communication.

Timezone: AEST(Brisbane)

Working Hours: 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week

Rate:

Junior: $690 AUD per month

Senior: $780 AUD per month
