Job Description
- Manages the processes of sourcing purchasing production quality control demand planning and recipe development.
- Responsible for overseeing the standards and specifications for golden roast parameters and blend recipes.
- Tasked with enhancing and continuously elevating the quality of the coffee and the company's coffee program.
Job Qualifications:
- With food & beverage related degree or a barista certification course.
- Must have at least 35 year of experience in the coffee industry.
- Has a passion for coffee and drinksand enjoys interacting with people.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language).
