Job Description

Support Workers/Care Team required to join our growing care team for our clients all across Melbourne including Fairfield surrounding suburbs in Melbournes Inner North East.

Multiple shift types are available and we prefer support workers who can be flexible to provide support inhome & support outings as required by the client.

The upcoming summer holiday period has increased our client demand for support workers services including social/community access etc.

ATZ Care is a leading private provider which is owner operated and always support & care focused.

Casual roles are now available and we are also happy to partner with independent contract carers who love being selfemployed but also love having regular secure work by partnering with a larger service provider.

Requirements

To be considered for this role we require you to hold:
  • Certificate IV in Disability Community Service Aged Care (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate and CPR (preferred)
  • NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence.
  • Current full driver s license
Competencies and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role Minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
  • Previous experience of supporting People with disabilities.
  • Demonstrated proficient written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own work /caseload.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development quality improvement and evidencebased practice.
