• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and gel with a team of functional and technical consultants.
  
• Oracle ERP Cloud: Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP with a minimum of one endtoend implementation project.
  
• SCM Cloud: Experience with Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) cycles.
  
• Analytical Skills: Strong troubleshooting conceptual and analytical skills with a focus on problemsolving.
  
• Communication: Excellent communication and customerfacing skills.
  

GoodtoHave Skills:

• O2C and R2R Knowledge: Familiarity with Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) tracks.
  
• Additional Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of Projects Costing and Period Closings/Monthend support.
  
• Process Design: Experience driving process design workshops conducting fit/gap analysis and leading Show & Tell sessions for Oracle Fusion.
  
• P2P Domain Expertise: Experience leading teams in the Procure to Pay (P2P) domain and driving SR resolution with Oracle.
  

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SCM tables RICE components and related technical domains.
