Job Description
Sr ARIS BPM Tool Project Manager and Conceptual Design Architect 12month Brussels
Key responsibilities
Ensure together with the client Project Manager that the ARIS implementation project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule as per the scope within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards;
Develop and maintain project plans and associated communication documents following the company s standards;
Draft and submit any ARIS deliverable that will contribute to the successful S/4HANA integration;
Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear
fashion;
Ensures project or services scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties;
Liaise with Business Process and IT Teams on an ongoing basis;
Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Stakeholders with regard to risks;
Requirements
Critical requirements:
If any of the following requirements is not met your candidature will not be accepted:
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English as you will be a frontman in meetings with business users that are not always bilingual and will work through technical staff that only speaks English.
Must have legal authorization to work in Belgium.
At least 10 years handson ARIS configuration and project life cycles to implement ARIS for business process management process (re)design and validation including process mining (SAP and nonSAP solutions) starting from the initial setup and configuration of the ARIS tool to handover to the ARIS support organisation;
At least 5 years handson ARIS configuration and project life cycles to implement ARIS for SAP based processes including the integration with SAP Best Practices in SAP Solution Manager or Cloud ALM preferably based on S/4HANA processes;
At least 1 project life cycle to implement ARIS with integration with Software Development Life Cycle tools like JIRA Confluence Xray or other Test tools;
At least 1 project life cycle to implement ARIS for GDPR and/or NIS compliancy of business processes (e.g. for Customer or Employee data);
At least 1 project life cycle to implement ARIS to document Business Process Risks & Mitigation (e.g. for an auditing process);
At least 1 project life cycle to implement ARIS in a passenger train transport or at least in a public transport company.
Possibility to work onsite near Brussels Midi when required and having mastered a hybrid work regime (at least 2d/wk onsite & remote) in prior missions.
