Job Description
A Dispatcher with Construction experience is needed at an established and growing Construction Company based out Naples FL. Candidates who excel in this role should have previous experience with the heavy construction industry as well as a high degree of technical/computer literacy and clear communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Dispatch drivers mechanics and specialized employees daily
- Relay important developments and delays
- Follow and relay individual schedules
- Verify driver clockin and schedules are kept
- Oversee DOT compliance; as well as keeping documentation current
- Ensure compliance with Federal State and Local regulations
- Complete incident/accident reports
- Participate in driver performance reviews
- Familiarity with GPS systems Outlook: Word & Excel
COMPENSATION
$75000 $85000/year

SCHEDULE
Day shift; Monday to Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility may be required from time to time.
Previous Dispatcher Experience Construction Industry an asset High School Diploma Bilingual English/Spanish Technical/computer literacy
