Key Responsibilities
- To ensure assigned installation projects are completed on time within budget and in accordance with company standards using popular commercial technologies including Crestron Controls NVX Flex QSC Biamp etc.
- Train and develop Technicians and support their growth in their AV Careers.
- Continue to perform all the installation work alongside Technicians while also managing/coordinating projects.
- Learning to lead others and work in a team are essential to developing a successful career at the company.
- This role is where you master these skills as you prepare to take on future roles in either Project Management Design Sales or Service.

- AVIXA CTS and other certifications are strongly preferred!
- Able to perform physically challenging work requiring strong mechanical skills in all environments amid stressful situations and deadlines.
- IntermediateAdvanced knowledge of sound acoustics video lighting and basic power systems.
- Skilled with Microsoft software.

Job Requirements: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with QCS controls, Biamp, Audio DSP, Shure and Intelix. Great to have: AVPro Edge and Visionary Solutions for VoIP / switchers Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AV equipment Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls are preferred. Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents including product specifications, wiring diagrams, and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid driver s license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and/or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
