- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in a customer success, customer support, or account management role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - **Tech Savvy:** Comfortable with using cloud-based platforms and tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Also have familiarity with the Android operating system. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset. - **Empathy:** Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs and challenges. - **Adaptability:** Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, remote work environment.
