Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. The Associate will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers distributors and dealers in warranty actions.
Location is flexible but all candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
Warranty experience is not required; however all candidates must have the following experience/ skills:
- Trial/arbitration preparation and courtroom experience including motion practice deposition and mediation
- Exceptional advocacy research writing and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detailoriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $140000 $160000 annually based upon a fulltime work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors including but not limited to employee qualifications relevant experience skill sets training internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
