SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Treasury Manager to join their finance team at their manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing complex banking relationships facilitating and negotiating loans to support daily operations and overseeing cash flow management. Responsibilities include optimizing liquidity aligning financial strategies with business objectives and maintaining strong banking relationships. Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills are crucial as the role involves interpreting financial reports assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the company s treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to facilitate loans and financing options.

Analyze financial data and market trends to inform decisionmaking and optimize cash management strategies.

Prepare and present financial reports to management highlighting key metrics and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective budget management and financial planning.

Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Oversee treasuryrelated processes including payments collections and investments.

Lead and mentor the treasury team fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field; Master s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CTP) is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury management or finance preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
