Job Description:
1 Schedule meetings and appointments
2 Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
3 Organize office operations and procedures
4 Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery Hardware and travel arrangements)
5 Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
Requirements:
1 Proven experience as an Office Manager Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
2 Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
3 Attention to detail and problem solving skills
4 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
