Business Analysts

Position Objectives:We are looking for skilled Business Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology projects.Job Description & Responsibilities:• Gather and document business requirements.• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies.• Develop business cases and project plans.• Work with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.• Perform user acceptance testing and support implementation.• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders.• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs).• Analyze and model business processes.• Develop functional specifications for developers.• Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing.• Provide training and support to end-users.Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).• Strong understanding of business processes and project management.• Excellent analytical and communication skills
