Content Operation Advisor

Responsibilities:

* Execute daily digital operations for and drive talent community growth and pipeline on Likee;

* Develop and implement content strategies to ensure the activeness of the content ecosystem and to strengthen consumer engagement;

* Work with content teams to improve content strategies, e.g. report and follow up on creators' issues, execute go-to-market strategies to drive user satisfaction and adoption;

* Prioritize feedback/ideas based on robust data, and build business cases to embed requests within the content team

* Generate systematic data assessment strategies based on assigned operation tasks and follow up on the data analysis requests with other teams when needed.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree, prefer Translation and Interpretation, Applied English, Marketing or similar field, short video platform experience is preferred

*Ability to complete creator recruitment, with priority given to those with Iraqi resources or Kurdish language skills.

* Experiences of the Internet, Data Analytics, Media Study, or well-experienced to conduct content strategies and localized marketing campaigns

* Capability of acquiring data via SQL or any internal data platforms and producing in-depth analysis/individual insights on them according to assigned operation strategies/tasks;

* Project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, multi-level communication, periodic reports and ability to deliver results.

* Good teamwork spirit, excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with different teams;

* Have an interest in short video apps and video content; would love to face new challenges and work as a team; have a strong sense of responsibility and active thinking;

* Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing.
