Job Description

  • About the job

  • Core member of the Brand team
  • Participate in calls with the international region and/or Latam area of ​​the BBU.
  • Actively participate in the BSP, RBU and MTP processes in order to estimate access ramps together with the Brand team
  • Design the access strategy and communicate implementation plans to KAMs
  • Leads, together with the Access Field Lead, the implementation of the strategy in key accounts
  • Ensure and execute consistent implementation of the recovery-related account strategy across the sales organization for target accounts. Tactics include full engagement of sales personnel
  • Communicates with brand team managers and representatives and sales personnel in managed markets regarding appropriate account-specific programs, activities and messaging
  • Proactively identifies account issues and challenges. Collaborates with appropriate site resources to develop contract offers and counteroffers.
  • Identifies HEOR tool development needs and co-leads them with the HEOR Manager
  • Comply with the standards and procedures that apply to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System of the Southern Cone Cluster.
  • Report any quality events and complaints related to AstraZeneca products in accordance with applicable local procedures.
