Job Description
- Handle sales queries from potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our products and services.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any needs or issues that arise.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Conduct outbound activities to find and qualify new leads through email outreach, social media outreach, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and to provide feedback on market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
