Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Wireless & Radio Network Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing solutions designing networks and managing customer relationships within the regional market. This role requires expertise in wireless network technologies and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development & Network Design:

   • Collect and analyze information required for solution development.
   • Independently develop solutions design networks and prepare bids and quotations for single products.

2. Customer Engagement:

   • Actively participate in the development of specific customer groups within the regional market.
   • Meet independently with middle and juniorlevel technical personnel from customer organizations to discuss and present products and technologies.

3. Technical Presentations:

   • Present wireless products and technologies to mid and juniorlevel customers ensuring a clear understanding of the solutions offered.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and manage strong customer relationships leveraging negotiation and conflict management skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Communication Electrical Engineering IT or a related major.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 45 years of experience in the telecommunications industry preferably with companies like Cisco Nokia IBM Ericsson or Juniper.
  • Experience with 2G/3G/4G wireless network technologies and radio network performance optimization.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in English is required; understanding of Chinese is considered an advantage.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and handle pressure effectively.
