Job Title Oracle Shipping and Service Contract Consultant

Notice Immediate to 30 Days

Requirements:

• 8 years of Functional experience in Oracle EBS modules Inventory WMS shipping executions (delivery trips shipments AWB CI) OM with experience in Support and implementation
• Should have handson experience in SQL PL/SQL XML reports Forms RDF reports and OAF.
• Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of Oracle EBS.
• Augment the clients business systems support staff in providing support for both on and off hours as well as weekend support.
• Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates.
• Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets changes and enhancements with the business.
• Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balance workload across resources.
• Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business.
• Identify areas for process improvement.
• Available for oncall 24x7 support for Priority 1 issues.
