KEY ACTIVITIES
We are looking for a skilled customeroriented service representative who will act as a liaison to provide product and/or service information. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to emerging customer service issues and offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
JOB DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS
- Answers inquiries and fulfills requests mostly through email and some via email or at times by phone.
- Identify and assess customers needs by working with customers to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer issues and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives efficiently on the first contact
- Proactive customer management including resolution of issues and customer followup
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts complete processes and maintain applicable paperwork and reports
- Handle approvals which involves reviewing brand items/listings.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in providing exceptional customer support mostly by email and chat. Rarely by phone.
- Ability to probe effectively and diagnose the root cause of problems or issues
- Excellent customer service and keenness to details
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills especially word processing and spreadsheet programs
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Amenable to working the night shift and/or shifting schedule
- Selfstarter and creative. Independent but a team player.
- Have a conducive home office with DSL/Fiber ISP with at least 20 Mbps bandwidth
