Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Commercial FitOut projects along with a strong understanding of PMO structures and functions. The successful candidate will also possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience across all RIBA stages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee Commercial FitOut projects from conception to completion.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
3. Collaborate with internal teams contractors and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
5. Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies.
6. Effectively communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
7. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
8. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
10. Provide regular project performance reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in managing Commercial FitOut projects in a competitive consultancy or contractor environment.
2. Solid understanding of PMO structures and functions.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing PMO responsibilities effectively.
4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
6. Experience across all RIBA stages with the ability to provide examples of projects where knowledge in each stage was demonstrated.
7. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
8. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
9. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
