Sales Director

About the Company

Our client is a well established diversified company with key business in beauty and wellness restaurants and hotels across SEA. In line with their growth they are seeking for a professional and proven Sales Director to lead their sales team and initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• To head the sales division for the group inclusive of the wellness restaurants and hotel
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Create and communicate sales goals and ensure top management team is informed on the progress of those goals
• Build and maintain longlasting strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industryspecific trends and landscapes
• Collaborate closely with Head of Retails F & B Head of Hospitality and Marketing teams to oversee the planning development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase the outlets revenue
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives including advertising promotions public relations channel marketing loyalty marketing campaign marketing digital and new media development and social media engagement
• Preparing budget time constraints and gather resources
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Sales or a related field
• Minimum 11 years proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing position in F&B hospitality and services industries
• Proven track sales record
• Strong command of English and Mandarin
• A resultdriven and organized individual
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
