Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
* To recruit engage and launch BMs
• To ensure that BMs recruit appoint and train PFAs
• Conduct regular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives
• Ensure BMs and PFAs are adequately trained by the training team for the Job
• To drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals thereby achieving personal business target
DESIRED PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agency life insurance channel.
- Maximum CTC: 7.5lpa
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years
- On Roll and Permanent Employee from Day 1.
- No Probation Period
- Every 6 Months Hike and Promotion
- Fast Track Promotions
- Lower Targets in the market
- Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline
