HRGA Senior Manager

About Our Client: Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the segment of food & beverage chain seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRGA Senior Manager/Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR core functions including payroll Industrial Relations/Employee Relations (IR/ER) Learning & Development Recruitment Employee Engagement HR systems employment law and HR policy development.
• Lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and monitor budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
• Manage HR operations ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Support the business in all HRrelated matters to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR role.
• Proven experience in managing HR functions at a managerial level.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of HR core functions including payroll IR/ER Learning & Development Recruitment Employee Engagement HR systems employment law and HR policy.
• Experience in budgeting and KPI monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
