KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. QUALITY AND ON TIME PROJECT DELIVERY

• To have on time delivery of quality masterplans and conceptual plans for the projects that are due for launch based on project lineup and to submit plans design schemes and other requirements as prerequisites for project uploading.
• Provide all central cost planning all necessary plans and other requirements for cost estimates as scheduled
• Provide solutions during construction to suit conditions and as approved job request (Color schemes material selections shop drawings RFI/RFA)
• To submit schematic drawings based on approved design concept
  
  
  PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

• To create new standards or revise existing standards for product improvement and cost & construction efficiency
• To research create and use/implement new products and methodologies
• To establish a welldefined process for document management and archiving of all technical documents
  
  COST EFFECTIVENESS

• To ensure that project concepts and design standards are within target costs
  
  ALLIED SERVICES (INTERCOMPANY AND INTERDEPARTMENTAL)

• To provide technical requirements of FDC companies
