Job Description

About Our Client: Join our clients team a Coffee Chain company where they are passionate about crafting exceptional coffee experiences. We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Compensation & Benefit Staff to manage and streamline our HRrelated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle applications and settings in Lark and Feishui including approval lines attendance and other HRrelated configurations.
  2. Update Yonyou database manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan BPJS Kesehatan and Bumida for PT KBI PT KBN PT KBS and KBR covering registration payments data updates and deactivation for resigning employees.
  4. Manage Sands Group and Jetcare insurance coordinating required documents with employees liaising with Jetcare and following up on the contribution amounts.
  5. Oversee employeerelated contributions for weddings childbirth and family bereavement.
  6. Coordinate with area/zone teams regarding store location data for budgeting purposes.
  7. Distribute payroll slips via email to all employees.
  8. Send BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan cards to newly registered employees.
  9. Coordinate with BPJS RO in case of work accidents and provide necessary data support.
  10. Prepare Vaklaring (employment certificate) and employment termination letters.
  11. Check attendance records across all stores HQ and back office zones.
  12. Update payroll data in accordance with employee entry and exit salary adjustments and related payroll documentation (e.g. salary withholding deductions and disbursements).
  13. Calculate compensation for store employee training.
  14. Calculate salaries for BD Kemitraan.
  15. Manage manual OCBC account openings.
  16. Administer and update employee leave records annual leave and replacement days off.
  17. Recap and calculate employee overtime.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in the related field
  • Proven experience in HR especially in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Yonyou BPJS and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
