We are looking to hire a Senior Manager/ Manager Inbound Asia Market for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the travel industry.
- Proven track record of managing the Asia market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional Asian language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow Asian source markets conduct market research to understand customer preferences and manage accounts from India China and the GCC region
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns travel to key markets for sales and relationshipbuilding activities and meet sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients travel agents and partners while ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
- Operational Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends and prepare regular reports on market performance and strategic initiatives for operational management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of travel designers focused on the Asian market mentoring them for high performance organizing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
