We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager MICE for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 0305 years work experience in a Travel and Tourism Industry
- Have an excellent command of English language and Computer literacy.
- Possess good working knowledge of tourismbased operations (Including itinerary creation and tour costing).
- Candidate should have a great passion for travel and should also have profound knowledge of inbound tourism
- Candidates should possess efficient and prompt response abilities coupled with strong analytical skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent in Excel to present detailed and clear travel cost estimates with the ability to customize quotations to match the specific needs and preferences of clients.
- Proficiency in the German language will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Can effectively sell the destination as a holiday destination and be able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of suppliers customers and agents.
- Maintains the companystipulated quality standards in all dealings in line with the given SOP standards.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Manage customers accounts and agents to ensure problemfree customer service to the clients
