As our HR Business Partner you will have the opportunity to assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including interviewing and hiring staff benefits leave enforcing company policies and practices and offboarding.
Daily Tasks:
Administer the administration of HR programs such as:
Compensation
Benefits and leave
Disciplinary matters
Disputes and investigations
Performance and productivity
Recognition and morale
Occupational health and safety
Training and development
Track and document compliance with training continuing education and work assessments.
Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies rules and procedures.
Monitor timekeeping and produce attendance reports.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs.
Assist with orientation onboarding and processes newhire paperwork.
Maintain physical and digital employee files including onboarding benefits and attendance records.
Handle employmentrelated inquiries from candidates and employees.
