UXUI Product Designer mfd

Hey there! Were Zeeg a Berlinbased startup providing scheduling landing page and formbuilding tools evolving into a CRM that people actually want to use. Were looking for a UX/UI Designer to help us create software that stands toetotoe with the worlds best.

Weve been around for a year bootstrapping our way to our first VC round. Now were ready to level up our product but were keeping our scrappy handson culture. What Were About

• Building beautiful functional products that solve real problems
• Growing smart were VC backed but think like bootstrappers
• Creating software that can compete globally straight out of Berlin

What Youll Do Here

• Own the UX/UI process from research to implementation
• Craft intuitive interfaces for our web and (future) mobile apps
• Run user tests and quickly iterate based on feedback
• Work directly with our founders and dev team to bring designs to life
• Help build and maintain our design system
• Push us to create a product that stands out in the B2B space

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience designing digital products preferably in a startup environment
• Experience with B2B products or a keen interest in the space
• Proficiency in modern design tools (we use Figma but were flexible)
• A dedication for turning complex problems into simple elegant solutions
• The ability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

• Fulltime position based in Berlin (hybrid with the possibility of 2 days remote per week)
