Job Description

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the quality implementation of Integration (API/ ESB / ETL/GDSP) Programs/Projects on time on scope and on budget according to agreed project standards as well as industry best practice.
Train coach help integration project managers to deliver projects on time on scope and on budget
Single point of contact for Integration topics and for Integration Project Managers
Define structure plan manage and report on assigned IT integration projects/programs
Responsible for liaison with the project steering board in relation to project delivery matters.
Responsible for ensuring that all project resources are focused on delivery.
Help to build Integration delivery methodology
Help to build Integration reporting structure
Main Accountabilities/Measured On:
Integration project managers work performance
Project assignments and managing the portfolio and pipeline for short and long term
As responsible for the timely delivery of quality code on budget on scope according to agreed project standards and best practice he is measured on:
Estimates and monitoring of integration costs related to the project/programs
Coverage of integration requirements
Project/Program delivery timelines
Portfolio and pipeline regular reviews
Stakeholders:
Other Global Integration Pillar Leads
Internal and External Project and Program Managers
Product and Success Managers
Software Delivery Management teams
Business Partner
API Manager Solution Analyst Solution Specialist Developers
Portfolio and Project Steering Boards
IT Production team members
IT Strategy & Governance team members (Architecture Finance PMO etc.)
External partners for solution development
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Build relationships with Products Success Project and Program Managers
Contribute to team growth by taking part in team and delivery improvement activities
Train coach and help Integration Project Managers on their day to day work
Manage all projects in portfolio and pipeline for assigned pillar
Assign projects to Integration Project Managers and ensure the timely delivery of quality code on budget on scope according to agreed project standards and best practice.
Participate into preproject phases to suggest and estimate solutions that fit with purpose.
Ensure the technical integration solution supports the business case requirements
Lead and manage the project team(s) internal and/or external resources in order to meet project objectives and deliverables are achieved
Agree the project’s work packages request resources to carry out the work package creation per project requirements.
Manage the project by stage as defined by the Integration PMO process standards and Framework
Manage all risks and issues associated with the project escalating where required to assure project delivery
Manage all changes in scope of the project per the PMO process escalating to the project steering board when requirement changes have an impact on agreed delivery time and budget
Validate the vendor KPIs and SLAs are clearly defined in the contracts before going to procurement
Manage the vendor(s) to make certain they are performing to contractual agreements
Ensure the measurement of benefit KPI´s as part of the project closure and hands over the reporting responsibility and schedule to Portfolio Management.
Implement quality improvement guidelines/plans relating to project management processes.
Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements

Ability to act under strong pressure and to manage crisis situations efficiently
Professional & Leadership Experience:
Minimum 4/6 years of experience in Project/Program management including integration areas
Experience working with Product and Success Managers and Product development teams
Experience with coaching and helping Project Managers on their daily work
Experience managing multinational teams on a Global scale
Experience with Portfolio Management on short term and longterm targets
Proven integration background (ESB/ETL/API technologies)
Proven track record and experience of successful management of crosscultural teams
Experience with supplier management and negotiation
Recognized achievement in delivering to a strategic agenda
Experience with giving contractive feedback to pears
Education & Training:
University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education
PMI / Prince2 (or similar industry standard project management qualification desirable)
Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
Minimum Requirements:
Leadership and coaching experience in a multinational environment
Very good knowledge and fluency in English
Similar position around Integration technologies
French/Spanish language is a plus
Knowledge of Azure API Management / Tibco BW / Informatica PwC is a plus
