Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive userfriendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences. You will be responsible for translating our educational objectives into digital experiences that are engaging easy to use and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.

Design and prototype intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website online courses and other digital platforms.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make datadriven design decisions.

Create wireframes storyboards user flows and highfidelity mockups to communicate design ideas.

Ensure consistent branding and visual design across all digital touchpoints.

Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.

Stay uptodate with the latest UI/UX trends techniques and technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Strong understanding of usercentred design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic frontend development principles is a plus.
